How to use Social Media Tools for Business.

Most of us have heard and used social media but wonder about how to build their business using these channels. The Landscape is littered with those who treat them with an o0ld school marketing mindset of blasting large groups of people with messages that is  irrelevant to most of the audience. You can image this in not effective. We have learned how to tune out those sales pitches.

So, then how do we use these channels to build business? The answer is simple, with the right mindset.  If we think about where our best customers and clients come from, the answer is surely referrals.

Ok, so yes, our best clients  come from referrals but how do we generate more of them? By building and nurturing relationships online and in person.
